Rachael brings 20 years of experience in behaviour change, leadership development, and resilience coaching. Her career spans elite sport and corporate environments, giving her a unique ability to drive performance, engagement, and sustainable behavioural change.

Pretty is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to infants in their crucial early years. She is a certified Early Childhood Development professional with an Ancillary Health Care certificate and has specialised training in PLAY (Powerful Learning Around You) for children aged 0-2.
